FAQ

Questions we get asked

Is this a certificate of compliance?
No. It's a plain-language report of what you did on the job, for the customer. Compliance certificates and test records are a separate legal obligation and JobProof doesn't produce or replace them.
Will it write test results I didn't record?
Never. The AI is only allowed to use what you told it. Anything you didn't mention is left out or marked “Not specified,” and you review every report before it goes anywhere.
Can I add the board photos after I've left?
Yes. Open the job later, add photos or another note, then regenerate the report.
