Questions we get asked

Can each technician have their own login?
During the beta each business has one account. Team accounts are planned but not built yet, so tell us if that's what's holding you back.
Do owners and agents need an account?
No. You send a link. They open it on any device, read the report, view the photos and can save it as a PDF.
Is this a property management system?
No. It documents the work. Keep your scheduling, quoting and invoicing exactly as they are — JobProof only produces the record of each visit.
