Replaced worn door seals on the laundry external door, cleared gutters at the front elevation and checked the hot-water unit for obvious leaks or error lights. Photographed completed items for the property file.

Findings

Gutters had leaf build-up on the north side. Hot-water unit showed no visible leak. Laundry door seal was cracked and was replaced.
